Sounds like Ahlin played himself in here and pushed when the time was right. I think my title choice is looking good.

And Osian got a stage win on SS8 too, so 6 winners from just 9 stages! Looking forward to the rest of the season. Well done Ahlin. Anyone know what happened to Cronin on the last few stages? Assuming an issue of some sort?

Cronin had a puncture on stage 7 with quite a loud knocking noise coming from the car.

    Congratulations to @FredrikAahlin and @TorsteinEriksen !

Impressive drive from Fredrik with new car and new co-driver. Good luck further on, and would love to see you for a rally in Norway!

Everybody is now clear of the last stage; waiting for the back of the field to get back to the final main control.

Bodes very well does that. All those different stage winners. Five of the stage wins taken by less than a second too.

Just makes me wish the events were longer with this level of competition. Less than an hour of rallying but there we go. Short but sweet.

All the other events will be longer; the Border Counties only came into the championship very late and when most of the event planning had been done. Even then I doubt that BRC could give a guarantee about the size of the entry so less mileage than the Championship would have liked.
