Looks like pretty much everyone apart from Ferrari on mediums and not planning to stop again.
Torro Rosso and Red Bull also on softs so presumably stopping again I think.

Can they still change tires freely after a red flag? Why is that? Is there a safety reason why they don't keep using the same tires? (I seem to remember that old tires don't warm up so well...)
