    So very sad. What a fantastic racer this man was. One of the all time greats to win championships on both 2 and 4 wheels.

    The first F1 GP - Brands Hatch 68 I attended now only has 3 survivors - Dan Gurney, Jacky Ickx and Jackie Stewart. RIP Il Grande John

    Woops - memory fade, I'm sure that Jackie Oliver, Vic Elford, Richard Attwood and Robin Widdows would baulk at being prematurely, considered demised!
