If you think it's humorous to get agitated, as you say, about someone showing a 19th century attitude to towards something that absolutely does not deserve to made the subject of ridicule then you are just as stupid. Would you make fun of someone on the street who has autism? No. So why should we put up with it here?

It belongs here because NOT originally posted it here. What would be the point of starting a thread that no one will see to discuss basic etiquette and behaviour? I'm trying to raise the point that when we want to discuss motorsport someone has to make stupid comments such as calling someone autistic and all that has ever happened before is a moderator will think about it. I think we can afford to go off topic for just a while because ignoring something like this is not correct.
