No, it's impossible otherwise roads will be destroyed. There must be solid frozen ground at least. Everything was perfect untill everything started to melt in last weekend... Weather forecasts are not great at all...

Roads get destroied, Currently forecast is really bad. However, long term prognoses is telling that it should get cold just before rally. But it is very, very risky.

Very.. Finland is based on crystalline bedrock, we have sand, gravel, pebble, cobble, stones, till, silt, etc. mostly very soft, when it rains for a week, it melts and with normal cars you can create ruts as deep as 20-30 cm, just by driving. It will be completely mud with rally cars and even road base gets destroied.

Exactly. And yes, in western part of latvia, 30+cm cover of snow, present just a week ago has almost melted now and for next week, forecasts are still showing positive temperatures.
So, even in forests frozen gravel will become soft. Further forecasts are not really to be trusted, but still it's very unlikely that cold will return for more than a few days here and there.

Don´t be sad, guys. Organizers from Rally Sweden will face the exactly same problem just one week later. This winter is hot.
Visit South Moravia. It is the real paradise

No i doubt. Situation for Sweden looks way better as the cold is coming back on the weekend and stays. The melted snow will form nice and deep ice covers.

That would be sad if the rally was canceled. Many drivers invested a lot of money already to prepare their cars. Here some photos from the tests before the rally:
