    Yes but as non-registered You are seeded very far down the field and You loose other advantages of registered crews (service park, media etc.).

    The rumours about Orange1 (the sponsor that participated in CIR with Campedelli at BRC team, the same of Basso) going to WRC2 with an italian drivers are no more rumours.
    Armando Donazzan, presiden of Orange1 Holding confirmed in this interview that they are working on it.
