Was it BMW or Cosworth whose engine went off the scale of the testing machine so they could only estimate the power?

A tribute list to the drivers who were killed in or trying to get in the Indianapolis 500 (Cantlon was my x-girfriend's former father-in-law and I was there when Malloy, Pollard and Smiley were killed)-Rest In Peace Gentlemen

Five biggest 1966-50th anniversary-American murder cases in order of occurrence:

1-July 2-Indiana Dunes State Park vanishings of three young women. It is assumed that Renee Bruhl, Patricia Blough and Ann Miller were murdered but they have never been found and the case remains unsolved.

2-July 14-Richard Speck murders eight student nurses in Chicago. He almost certainly murdered another woman a few months earlier.

3-August 1-Charles Whitman uses the Texas Tower as sniper's nest and kills 14 people.

4-September 18-Valerie Percy, the daughter of Illinois' future U. S. Senator Charles Percy, is stabbed to death in the home of her parents. Her murder is still unsolved.

5-October 30-In California, Cheri Jo Bates is slashed to death. Many think she was the first victim of the unidentified Zodiac Killer.
