Emil Bergkvist mentioned that he has a five year plan. Sounds very familiar, what happen to the previous bloke who constantly mentioned his "five year plan"?

WRC promoter said in an interview with SVT that having a rally in Sweden/Norway is very important for WRC and he would do everything he could to
make sure that the rally returns to this area but he also stressed that it does not work with the uncertainty regarding winter conditions/snow,
that in the future the organizer needs to make sure that snowy conditions are guaranteed.

Too bad SS Lesjöfors was cancelled. I drove the stage, in slooow speed yesterday evening and the winter conditions were just fine. The reason for cancelling was the big ruts created during recce. Unfortunately organisers were not able to fix it before sub-zero temperatures arrived.
