    1940's I believe and yes the buildings you see are the same ones that are there now.

    I actually thought of Spa when I posted but the dusty colour of the photograph made me think more about something like the Mille Miglia etc..

    The brand new Eau Rouge/Radillon combination! (possibly why they took a photo there..?)
    Until the 40's the track went left and headed up the road about 1/4 mile, crossed over a bridge and then came back up the hill & rejoined partway along the Kemmel straight.
