Apparently re-organising his team. Budget? Preparation? New team/personnel/support more than likely.

"Robert Kubica will not take part in the Rally of Argentina, the fourth round of the World Rally Championship. The Polish driver, competing in this season's colors RK World Rally Team, wants to devote more time to reorganize the team, which will guarantee the highest level of performance, service and organization in future races. Since the team was formed just before the Rally Monte Carlo - the first round of this year's World Rally Championship - Robert Kubica is convinced he needed better support in Argentina and needed a thorough job and the introduction of key changes in the organizational structure. - It was a very difficult decision - says Robert Kubica. - Rally Argentina from the beginning was in our plans, and even though the place has reached a part of the team, along with the car, the decision to not start is a must. Competition in the World Rally Championship is a real challenge, and although I won six special stages in the first three races, but we have to be realistic and concentrate on improving the team in many areas. At the Rally of Portugal plan to return with the revised structure that will be systematically improved. I would like to ask all our fans for your understanding and thank you for your support."

Official info is about nessesary restructurisation in his team.
Its kind of strange for me, because Fiesta is in service park, mechanics already started to put stickers on it and suddenly we've got this message. Somethink definitely goes wrong, its not in RK style to give that kind of message just 3 days to rally start.

My guess is that RK wants 2015 evo Fiesta when its launched in Portugal and Malcolm says yes as long as car is engineered and serviced by MSport
