    True, but most if not all Martini sponsored F1 teams have had a plain livery like Williams, eg Brabham in the mid 70's had almost identical designs as Williams have now, so I am wondering if this a corporate decision from Martini?

    This one was red simply because Brabham had Alfa Romeo engines at the time and red was/is their racing colour

    You're right that graphics on the F1 Martini cars were more miminalistic than the sportscar schemes.

    They all seem to be a little different. The Lotus used a lot more color.
