Škoda can celebrate double in a season when it shall have been crushed by all the new R5...

Was there anybody who would expect that before the season? I honestly absolutely not.

Yeah, I did a bit. Peugeot was little late with homologation and missed first rounds. But didn't expect to be so easy for Skoda.

No way! Nobody expected such crappy cars from such successful manufacturers as Peugeot and Ford.

Congratulations to Skoda drivers, engineers and the whole team!

Oh, so there was one person who expected that?

Surprising that Crugnola leads JERC quite easy in front of Lefebvre, or is Lefebvre just getting the points to get the title.. Nice prizes for him but will it be good? WRC-2 and ERC with PSA R5's...

    Edit: Lappi Crashed!

I doubt Skoda themselves expected it. They had the title guaranteed with one round to go too, despite two Lappi crashes.

Now let's see if they can do a better job than the others with their R5 car too.

Chris Ingram said the price for winning JERC was 'only' 2 rallys in a 208 R5. Still a nice price of course.
