Had a nice meal out with some friends I have met over the last year in my employment with the mad woman last year. Including my new business partner.
Nice evening. A reminder of how lucky I am, despite things not always being easy.

Been a bad couple of weeks. Firstly my friend Alicia has a horror car crash and destroys the right side of her face.
Now my head office has just informed me and two colleagues in Wanganui (180km south) that the government agency that funds our courses has had it's budget cut by out pathetic leadership and our programmes will not be repurchased for next year. Meaning come the beginning of May I will be joining the line of the unemployed I have been spending the last 6 1/2 years of my life helping. I guess there is a certain irony to that
