Man, wish we could have something like that in the UK, not sure that the MSA would allow such a quick hillclimb though

Looks like an Opel Kadett. Seem to be pretty popular choices for hillclimbing in Europe.

An Opel Kadett? lol We only ever think that our motoring history is Australian, with a bit of America tang. Sometimes, us Australians have to be reminded how "Germanised" our motor industry is/was. That is a Holden Gemini down here. It even has/had a popular one make series in Queensland. Thanks for the heads up about a good hillclimber.

Well the car that followed it was the Opel Astra but in the UK it was badged as a Vauxhall Astra. Seems pointless to me to name the same car something different in other countries. Even these days we have the Vauxhaul Monaro or VXR8, both of which are just Holden's

My first car (15 years ago) was a VC Commodore. Sorry, I meant E series Opel Rekord!

Yes it's an ex-DTM Opel Astra with 500 hp. The Driver is Sebastian Schmitt, i made a teamspecial with onboard for him.
