General Motorbike racing talk
I had to start this thread to say that the Italian Motogp race was awesome. A heightened level of intensity in that battle between Marquez and Lorenzo. It's not often I'm still satisfied after the rider I wanted to win didn't. Phew!

Glad that streak's over. I don't know what it is. But I've become a little suss about Marquez's success. Particularly this year.

Marquez is amazing. I am kind of happy that his streak is over, but not entirely, being a fan of his and all. Very happy for Dani, though. He drove a splendid race and deserved to win.
And how about that Moto3 race?!? 17 riders battling for the lead at one point!:champion: 1990 BTCC-CHAMPION w/ 207 points and 9 race wins :burnout:
:champion: 1997 BTCC-Total Cup for Privateer's CHAMPION :burnout:

I heard Jack Miller being interviewed in the pre race coverage down here. It was the first time I heard him speak. I did not recognise him as an Australian. Has he spent most of his life growing up in Europe? Because he spoke ( I don't know the term I'm looking for) in a European way. Like English wasn't his first language.
