It seems that he is close to securing a manufacturer backing for next season. The plans seems to be to establish a "factory" in Torsby
of which Petter's current team would (hopefully according to Petter) be the core.

Solid win again for Bakkerud. No one really set qualifying alight but Bakkerud came through well in the semi and the final with a very sensible drive. If the Focus can maintain reliability then he could be a real danger for the championship, I can see the car being strong in Canada and Argentina, which are quite open. I suspect they'll struggle a bit with the tighter sections on the other tracks, particularly Barcelona, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him still do okay at the remaining rounds.

Meanwhile Petter and Ekstrom had poor weekends by their standards, and Hansen still hasn't found the form he had at the end of last year. I think it's shaping up for a 3 way fight, Loeb is currently still in the mix but I still think he lacks the instinct needed. He's developing his race craft but doesn't seem to have properly worked out how to overtake properly!

At gatebil in Norway this weekend, Liam doran been put to jail after complete idiot behavior both on and off track. On track he crashed into cars, off track he been drunk and probably some drugs, and run over cars in pitlane, don't listen to guards and start fighting with People. gatebil going to report him to FIA, and he even got his own #tag: #bandoran
