you cannot enter the stage from the start... you have to park in a designated spot and then go to the stage but you can walk up and down to find a better spot than the usual generic hairpin where all the sheep are gathered.

Excuse NOT , did not mean to go from the start , but go park in a public place and then go on the road outside public places and then be able to find my own place . Is there enough time to be an hour before it starts , or how crowded it is (considering parking , queues etc ? ) ?
It sounds absolutely perfect so just to start planning for 2015 then!
Thanks for the help!...::: 2012 Season (second half) WRC Pickem Champion :::...

Friday we did Sweet Lamb, watching from the fast approach between a hairpin left and the water splash and in the afternoon the stage finish, getting a close look at the cars and the hard work of all the marshalls.
Saturday was Aberhirnant where we found 2 good spots at a fast, downhill section. Meeke was very sideways into view, and Kubica wide, showering me with rocks! Loved the night stage!
Sunday was alright, but a bit of a downer as I hope to watch from the water side at Brenig, but the marshalls were having none of it. I am glad to see some people managed to get through! The highlight was watching the TV chopper barely flying 20-30ft above the ground, some of the angles were insane, those boys are brave! Shame that Marty McCormak's Fiestas engine failed infront of us in the afternoon, another 30k down the drain according to him.
One thing that royally pissed me off was the amount of litter left behind by ignorant scum. The mess after Aberhirnant was beyond a joke and must have taken ages to be tidied up.
Still great rally, looking forward to the 2015 season now!My motorsport pics here on Flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/allyc85/sets/

Agree with you on the rubbish! Between the WRC runs in Dyfi I returned to my car, and there were 3 vans of lads together in a group in front of me. They decided to go off to another stage for the afternoon, and opened the back doors on one of the vans and floored it, and all there rubbish fell out. I asked if they were going to remove it and just got a lot of verbal abuse! Was nice to see though, as the event ended, 4/5 official people bagging all the rubbish up.
