Can't say anything specific about the injury, but it was the first jump of Ruuhimäki jump section, modern WRCs need just a small tap of the brake there but Breen basically came flat out over the jump (or was late with the braking) and landed in the bottom of the "dip" (not really a dip, just a long "part" between two jumps) and it bottomed out completely, quite heavy sound of sumpguard hitting the ground. I thought nothing special, because Fiestas have made that sound there previously too, but apparently the impact was very strong this time. Hope everything goes well for Craig!

PS. Modern WRC cars are impressive seen live by a novice, I had my girlfriend for the very first time with me in a rally and she was mindblown about the speed and especially the jumps. "How do they do that?!" was a question I had to answer quite a few times...

Overall the rally was good and I'm really happy that J-M won. I left Ruuhimäki PS with a smile on my face (and a huge blister on my foot).

And I think I met Tommeke_B at Surkee, not sure, forgot to ask. So, were you at Surkee, were there 5 people with you, did you eat eggs there, did you speak french?

Meeke had at least 1 proper moment this weekend, thankfully luck was kind to him.

Great rally, great to see Latvala keep it all together when he had problems, and great to see Meekes pace, he is getting closer. I think of all the top drivers Mikko is the only one who really disappointed me this weekend

I know it. It can happen to anyone even Ogier. What I meant was his driving was much less error prone to Finland last year and still he had the pace to almost match VW drivers, which is great imho.
