They say money can't buy you everything, and yet… Pastor Maldonado is driving for Lotus next year. This is just pathetic. Hulk is the unluckiest guy in F1.

Well done for Maldonado. Not really deserved but for him its great news. Lets hope he can drive well and prove us wrong.
However for F1 it is a bit of a joke, when you look at the quality Hulkenberg has. I am surprised in truth that McLaren didn't fancy a go with him. Afterall a Jenson and Nico combo would look solid and fast.I still exist and still find the forum occasionally. Busy busy

Disappointing but not surprising.
Like many I would have rather seen Nico Hulkenberg get that 2nd Lotus seat.
However this is a chance to see if Maldonado really is any good, If the Lotus remains any good, he should atleast be able to acheive afew Podiums in 2014
We shall see.

Imo Maldonado is an idiot who is lucky to be in F1 at all, let alone in a top seat. Yes, he can be quick on his day, but I can think of no other redeeming features. I just hope Force India have something decent up their sleeve for next season (aside from merc engines) and hulkenburg doesn't waste another year
