The RB7 with its double diffusor (triple soma could say) was a very good car, much moore dominant then this years RB9.
The difference is that the other teams are weaker this year!!!

Only 2 cars besides Brawn, Honda and McLaren

As I said, RB7 (2011) was much stronger over the whole year.
