    Sorry this is bit offtopic, but who/what was behind Fabia R2 project? I always thought it was a project of Skoda Motorsport.

    The JERC is opened for whole season. There is not even a minimum numbers of starts required.

    Sorry this is bit offtopic, but who/what was behind Fabia R2 project? I always thought it was a project of Skoda Motorsport.
    Fabia R2 is since the start a private activity of Impromat Motorsport team. Škoda only provided homologation and some limited help with suspension testing.

    I was thinking on next step, i'm not surprised if we see him in a Skoda R5 next year.

    JM Leandri will drive it and I guess Kevin van Deijne too according to his entry in Liepaja Rally. Ingram is also looking to do it.
