    Driver dropped

    I don't normally post here, but since no one else had mentioned it Ganassi is not renewing JPM's contract after this season. Saw it in the Wash Post this morning.

    I am really surprised by this. Ok the results haven't been great, but he is one of the stars of the series in many ways. Does this mean Danica Patrick is going to EGR????

    I'm not at all surprised. He's no star, for starters, and how the heck does a driver hit the jet dryer? I'm surprised he lasted this long.

    I wouldn't think that any team in Cup would bring him aboard, based on his performance over the years. His best bet may be in Indy or Grand Am.
