    You can use www.yr.no and choose Jyväskylä and then getting a longterm forecast.

    I don't want to scare people out, but watch your step if you go to spectate on an open, cut- out area or other places known to be in favor of vipers. This year we've already seen three of them while going in the forests which is three more than in previous decade. Other people too are talking same. If you want to prepare yourself, buy a viper kit (kyypakkaus) from pharmacy, some 6-7€, it's for the first aid if you get unlucky.

    On the positive side, hardly any mosquitos or horseflies at the moment...

    And they are not always hidden in the forest off-road either, in the +25C and over temperatures I´ve had to jump over quite a few of them while running in the gravel paths.
