Unique Hobbies

My wife would opine that chatting with complete strangers online is a "unique hobby."

I get quite a bit of stick for it too lol. When I installed Tapatalk on my phone she told me to 'get a life'.

I have been a Warhammer 40k player, a cricketer and a road rally navigator - all of which might be said to reveal certain levels of eccentricity.
What I'd really like to try is freestyle taxidermy

When i gave up driving on rallies a few years ago [ I still spend a lot of time working on the cars ] , I took up metal detecting .
Very different , but still quite exciting to pull a coin out of the ground & know that it has been there & nobody has seen it for sometimes 2000 years . The fact that it can be valuable is secondary .
