The 208 did sound fantastic, got to love a screamer! This did not!

Turbo engines in rally cars only seem entertaining to watch with 4wd. Too much torque to drive through two wheels.

Is it possible to make a standard 4wd transmission kit at a reasonable price to fit to smaller, lower powered cars, a class below R5?

Just downsize turbo engine enough. Those 1.0L turbo fiestas are reasonably well driven and sounds ok.

imo it would make much more sense to regulate boost instead of installing ridiculous small air restrictors.

engines would rev higher, sound nicer, Transmission parts would get lesser stress, and overall the cars would become cheaper i guess.

If You want to limit power You need restrictor and max rpm. By limiting boost You limit torque, not power (the boost limit is used anyway).

true, imo it would be better to have more power and less torque, it makes no sense for me to make expensive modifications and after stall the engine by installing a small restrictor.

Is it true? I couldn’t find any mention of it in the R3T specific regulations but in the R5 regulations it’s mentioned. Do you mean limited boost or boost limit.
