Well actually I do think that Williams may be able to build on 2012 and challenge more regularly, and maybe really have a go at 5th in the WCC.

I can't see them winning title but given what they did this year, I wouldn't totally bet against them being therabouts.

If this time last year someone said Maldonado would win the Spanish Grand Prix - on merit - we'd have thought the same thing as what you just said!

I'm sure there some absurd hypothetical scenario where Torro Rosso CAN win both championships too...

If you read the article he seems to infer that the progress they made was on the improvements he made to the team, and if they build on his work they could compete at the front, the inference being that when they fail to it will be because he is no longer there
