Are Skoda Motorsport running Wiegand's car this year? I noticed that Skoda Motorsport mentioned him in their PR.

No, car is still prepared by Juka Motorsport

Juka Motorsport is the closest team to Škoda Motorsport. They were even building new S2000 cars for the factory.

Sweden with little grip compared to the rest of the season will give WRC-2 teams their best chance to shine on the total-list.
