If you still play WRC2010 PC, check this great Russian site/championship!

The format Is offline, but has some GREAT features like getting driver's participation code and TL (Time Limit) for each rally.
The ''Time Limit'' Is the average time you need to complete an event (Incuding some restart stages) but you must use them wise, otherwise you will run out of time to complete the event. The times submission Is based on the save.dat file and and It's done automatically. As soon as you upload the file to the site's server, leaderboards (per stage and overall) are created Instantly and you can watch the progress of each competitor, as soon as he finishes! Also once you submitt the times, you can't do the rally again!
Probably the most professional and realistic offline championship ever seen! Switch to English language on the top right.
