I agree, the thread always degenerate into a bunch of people misquoting, insulting, and disregarding the opinions of others. Some need to just stop with the obvious jabs and for once agree that we all agree that regardless of the how or why the deaths of innocents at the hands of any violent act is a tragic thing.

Back to the thread I think the forum has changed in recent years. There are far less contentious issues and whenever some of the forum elite get challenged to account for themselves, they tend to resort to intelligent insults and punctuation policing rather than debate (or as I like to call it 'arguement')

Yep, the forum is a lot more sanitized these days. It is also a lot quieter. Hmmmmm??
