Not sure which scenario actually makes Bernie look like more of a tax dodger: the Banker's claim that he received a bribe from Bernie, meaning Bernie has control of the Bambino fund; or Bernie's claim that he was blackmailed by the banker, meaning it was worth $44m to Bernie and the fund to avoid attracting the attention of the tax authorities.
