2012 F1 App is rubbish
I was trying to get the 2012 app for my phone and to my surprise ( I really shouldn't be), it was neither free like 2011 nor was it the same cleanly styled app. I saw the screenshots, downloaded the lite version and then quickly deleted it. Full of pop ups and comical interface, and they want me to shed $30 for this?
Terrible move by F1. I severely doubt more than 20 people will shed that kind of money for a live timing app, let alone one that looks miles worse than what was offered last year.you can't argue with results.

Is this the official F1 app or the other one? I'm sure there were more than one last year?

Live timing is free and the track positioning is (or at least was) available on broadcasters' websites. Save your money.

I've loaded up the 'free' app, and the first thing it says is that it wants £20 off me.

It wasn't free last year either, in fact I'm sure they are still selling last years at a reduced price (why?)
