There was a very nice turn out. The event was nice, the track tried to make fans at home. At one time during the pit row tour the track guide ask how many of us are nascar car fans. Not one raised there hand. He made some off hand remark about Bay Area open wheel fans are snooby.
Nice guy very helpful, but all his info came off a sheet of paper. That track is so nascar (wish for LS soon) its to bad for IC. There where many F-1
geeks ,sorry ,roaming around.
Now for the car DW12 sound pretty good. Looks like CRAP. It's last years car with many funny looking parts just put on. The aero packages of 2013 can not come soon enough. Somebody at IndyCar needs to understand DESIGN. If they keep the colors dark and stay away from all the lines you can hide alot of this uglynist this car brings. Good luck to the teams graffic designer.

Yup... The new car is really slow.... Not... Can't wait for St. Pete, this car seems to be very fast anyway.

I wonder, did everyone come to see three wide going for two hrs and not able to pass each other or did everyone come to see new car with beautiful decorated bumpers. Can't believe they came to see Rubens, after all he comes from formula obout cars not a racers talent. Perhaps is all that new wine tasting in Sonoma country. Hmm... ,in any case , Im very happy obout speed and sound!

I'm kind of worried about the Penskes being only a second up on the rest of the field. Oh well, it's early yet, they have to learn their way around a new car.
