BBC Radio
Two questions
1. Does BBC Radio stream audio coverage of F1 races online?
2. Is this stream available to IP addresses outside the UK?racing-reference.info/showblog?id=1785

1. Yes it does; all BBC radio stations are available to listen to online...
2. No, unfortunately not - as far as I am aware anyway. I know that I have previously had trouble getting stuff to play on the BBC website despite being in the UK, because the website was having difficulty recognising where I was.https://wordpress.com/stats/insights/stugrovesf1.wordpress.com

Jonathan Legard filling in when James Allen is away (confirmed) is an even greater reason not to tune in.
Wet conditions. Portuguese Autosport brought something to the table... the WRC2 crews are using a WRC spec tyre that is harder than the spec Meeke and other CPR runners are using.
