One race in and I'm 18 points out of first. It was a nice season while it lasted.

I specifically didn't choose Australia or any earlier GP as my bonus, because with Vergne and Hulkenberg as my drivers I wanted to give them until Japan to hone their craft finer.

Why so many for Australia?

And why is there such a disparity of bonus GP's?? In previous years people always choose Australia, Monaco, Canada, Italy, and Brazil, with Belgium not far behind.
This year the bonus GP's are much more spread out.

Another question, not that I think it will pertain to my drivers. But for the polesitter to get the extra points do they have to finish in the points, or for that matter even finish the race?

Yep, even if the polesitter does not finish in the points he still gets the 2 points for pole.

Well I'm happy with 9th on 52 points seeing I didn't use my bonus round (spa).

Everyone above us has blown their load on the Aus GP so we're looking good

Between us it's going to come down to Di-Resta and Kovy vs Hulk and Riccardo. I think you have the slight edge on me there with both your drivers able to take points but poor old Kovy looks a bit dead in the water unless he gets parachuted into Massa's seat

I think the bonus GP might decide it.
