BUMP. I have tried to rearch this and haven't had much luck.
It looks like the old Ontario Motor Speedway and that looks like a '72-'74 McLaren, obviously a second hand effort. Other tan that I have not been able to find a #43 of that vintage.

I'm thinking ChrisR is right - the "pole" sign in the back of the photo looks like Pocono and the car is awfully similar to Al Unser's 1978 Indy winner.
