MS-RT logo still bigger than Ford on the rear of Bouffier's car. FordPerformance replaces Ford Ecoboost on the sunstrip. A sign of what's to come...

Can anyone tell me how Ingram managed to start 4th on the road with out penalty? Seems unfair if road position tactics can be played, with out time penaltys?
