M-Sport did a great job this year, but there has always been support from Ford. I know it sounds even a bigger achievement saying "a completely private team with no factory support whatsoever beat 3 giant manufacturers" but once one takes the fanboy blindfold off, the reality is different.

Ok, less than we like, but Ford support exists. And i remember, even before VW pulls out, 2018 as rumoured date to Ford comeback.
They are allowed to be competing because they build their car by themself. If another private team do this I don't know maybe build some polos or some other with donour cars they would also be like works' team. I will never give credit to the Ford for 2017 effort, because they didn't gave anything except their brag now. I think that technical support Malcolm doesn't need because he is in sport long enough to have more experience than any of Ford Perfomance guy now. He is only focused on Fords because he is in there all of his life. But he could easily get another way and choose any brand he wants. What he needs is money not some free tehnical advice (probably already know almost all)...

Since there was a lot of discussion here about the start of Dohnal in Prague with Fiesta WRC 17 I put a link to the video from the event also here:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h-gkbFIGWQg

It's a show celebrating the end of season in the city streets (and one classic stage on the outskirts at the beginning) therefore nothing for N.O.T. but otherwise tons of drifts (even very high speed ones) and some broken wheels. Just for your information the city "mickey mouse" circuit has average speed nearly 100 km/h! It's way faster than Zlín city stage from Barum.

Awesome show! Puts some of the horrible WRC SSS/city stages (hello Saarbrucken!) to shame.

At least they have to sign and submit it because FIA doesn't accept it from anyone else but a manufacturer.
