They give out media accreditation to people who are working for the media in some form. If you are just someone who wants to turn up for a fun day then the answer will be no!

No you've totally misunderstood. Somebody mentioned about not knowing what you have to do get a media pass which is what I was answering. It's got nothing to do with the public being allowed in, which they are in the afternoon.

Just realised I misread your reply earlier. Officially no one that isn't from the media or the public is allowed in before the afternoon. Some people may have got in last year but officially they shouldn't have done. It's up to you if you want to try this year or not.

Sorry, case of crossed wires there then I think. Ok, think I'll phone Silverstone and see what the craic is. Will post my findings when I get round to it
M-Sport/ Ford have been testing using a 'simulator' in the USA. They say its helped improve the Puma Rally1 car, especially for tarmac. Does anyone know what this simulator could be like ? Story...
WRC Testing
