Yeah, maybe there’s more driving in this 3:28 video than in a half hour broadcast from MTV3.

And I hope that promotion of the series would be better, it's difficult to film nice podium scenes etc. when there's only a handfull of people watching the ceremony - of which 75% are media people. SM1 would also need a boost, the top is way too narrow.Satakymppi, oikee yks

Penultimate F-Cup event was held last Saturday in Seinäjoki region. About 170 crews started in nice yet slippery Autumn conditions. Jaska Nuorala renewed his win from Autoglym and was fastest through the five stages route. Jere Rekola lost 8,6 seconds. For me, most notably the young Jari-Matti Tiilikka was third (+24,3s), though admittedly some of the stages ran practically in his backyard. But he is crazy fast driver!
In 4WD subclass the local heroes Jukka Ketomäki and Joni Nikko had a head-to-head battle. In the end Nikko won - by just 0,7 seconds.
The last F-Cup event is held in two weeks in Tahko, and that also marks the end of rallying season 2012 in Finland.
Here's an incar from Nuorala at SS1. Some impressive driving with Volvo. Also some misfortunes for fellow competitors, see from 4'50" onwards for about a minute. Nuorala had 30 seconds off his SS1 time because of the first crash scene. If you click the user name, you see other SS incar videos as well.

I was at the second crash scene. Krister Sjölund's Starlet got some major battery, rollcage cave in dramatically between drivers after hitting a rock, but luckily none hurt (video).Photos: rallirinki.kuvat.fi | Twitter: @HartusvuoriWRC

As you can see there’s a cup for group A and WRC cars. Only two cars this year.“Don’t eat the yellow snow” Frank Zappa

It’s a cup, not a championship.
