    was second*

after tomorrow will be 4th presumably and 30 points down from Kalle if things stand

its gloom and doom cause the car isnt neither reliable and not fast and he wont be able to fight for the title with it. He said this also himself couple of rallies ago

In recent interview Ott Tänak told he is going to this event.

The event showcases vehicles from 1902 to 2023 and celebrating motorsport and bike/car culture!

    Forest Rally Stage-Length (2.5 km/1.5 miles)
F1 legends, Porsche's 75th anniversary, supercar debuts, 60 years of McLaren, 75 years of Lotus, 30 years of the Festival of Speed, Sebastian Vettel, Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, MotoGP including Francesco Bagnaia and the legendary Goodwood Timed Shootout. Just some of the things that you can see this weekend at #FOS

    Ott Tänak - Future champion?

I have a feeling we will hear about the retirement decision in coming weeks or a month

Can’t see him at all staying at Msport, definitely won’t go back to Hyundai as his and others drivers driving style is so different and Toyota doesn’t want him

So that leaves nothing on the table

Sadly he's got nobody but himself to blame, one bad career decision after the other ever since his championship.

    Totally agreed.

The decision to leave Toyota is one of the worst ones in Motorsport history. Then to prolong the Hyundai contract two years ago and then to quit it

    Weird decisions

To be fair going to MSport looked like a good decision when he did it. But sure leaving Toyota was bad idea.

Yes but, seemed everyone on here wanted him to go to m-sport this season so we had top driver in each car.

Seems to be a case of be careful what you wish for.

I wish he wouldn’t have left Toyota to begin with.
Only you know your true potential.

Tanak has indeed made very strange choices that have all but ruined his career.

It just makes no sense, he was the champion in the best team but he decides to leave. That makes no sense from a sporting view, so i assumed hyundai was willing to pay him a lot more. But then he went to msport, which makes no sence form a financial view. I can't imagine wilson will be paying him more than hyundai.

So if it's not the best car nor the best paycheck he is after, then wat is it?
