As far as my understanding goes Hilton is not owned by Hiltons anymore etc. It's the way it goes in business but this case smells like a power struggle...

Might be Ott, might be someone else, as this article seems to say that Ott did not buy out Märtin's shares, but rather interestingly it was acquired by company owned by the guy who directed Tänak's movie. I'm honestly not smart enough to look at all the companies and their owners/shareholders etc, but based on the article it sounds like Märtin is moving away from rally to property management.
