Pons will be this season in WRC2. In mid-February the program was announced. Is not yet known which car will be, if Peugeot, Ford or Citroën. What is clear is that it will be in a R5.

Honestly, such step doesnīt make any sense to me. He already is an SWRC champion. But thatīs just me. I donīt get the sense of competing in WRC2 which has zero medial coverage. Pluto told me those young guys are competing in WRC2 because it has "big name " for sponsors and they would like to learn the WRC stages for future. But why Pons...and his return after 5 years?
Visit South Moravia. It is the real paradise

It is the decision of its sponsor, ACSM Marine Services. They want to come back and so will. They see the WRC2 as a good place to publicize your company through sponsoring Pons.

Pons probably got more airtime from Ypres than he will get in 2015 in SWRC..

True, but Pons could have a serious chance of the WRC2 title, probably not in ERC.

Not on speed, but WRC2 is not so much about speed. For example Tanak finished 6th in WRC2 last year.
