1.3s behind the lead Audi in testing. Pretty damn good, IMO.

Looks like Wurz will be the #1 car.

    Qualy will be interesting.

Daft. When a new car is rolled out and races for 12 hours its bound to encounter problems. 6 hrs is like a sprint race these days.

Realistically I suspect Toyota is going for a finish this year rather than pushing to beat Audi. Toyota is in an early state of development while the Audi is more refined, not to mention they have 4 cars. I do hope for a battle and I'm sure Toyota would like to challenge for the win but unfortunately I don't think it'll happen.

Well, there you go, the Toyota TS030 won it's first WEC race beating the 2 Audi's by a mile (almost 2)!
Way to go and keep it up!

The future for them looks extremely promising. Good to see. The more Manufacturers the better.

Is there a better sound than that of Porsche engined Flat-6 ???

Coming into Sau Paulo the win wasn't all that surprising.

Extremely competitive at Le Mans they followed it up with Silverstone by being quicker than Audi on raw speed but fuel mileage being their Achilles Heel.

The mid-race SC period contributed to the win but Audi had tyre/handling issues.

Apparently Toyota are on tight budget but I get the impression they are doing a Peugeot by ramping up the downforce as much as possible - not just by interpreting the rulebook and getting a lucky break!

Won at home at Fuji despite a splash and go. Awesome last stint from Kaz.

Audis again racing like they own the fast lane.
