In pre-seasons plans Juho wasn't supposed to do IRC at all (except Monte Carlo and Barum). IRC was meant to be a playground for Kopecký, SWRC for Hänninen. I think they added few rounds for Juho just as a safety measure when it didn't look that good with Kopecký's title chances.

This afternoon or underway already. Legends in Sanremo.
Sanremo legends out in force for demo stage
“Eleven Rallye Sanremo legends, including the Intercontinental Rally Challenge’s Motorsport Development Manager Jean-Pierre Nicolas, will demonstrate their skills behind the wheel of a rally car when they take part in the inaugural Stars Parade on Thursday afternoon. The event, which was conceived by the mayor of Sanremo, Maurizio Zoccarato, will take place at 16:00hrs local time using a 900-metre special stage at Pian di Poma, close to Sanremo’s town centre.”

You are absolutely right dimvii, i am also looking forward to first stage, wich will start at 13h54.
First leg he will be thinking in Portuguese championship. Then he can go for WRC2.
