    You must be using too large of an image, or pointing to a wrong directory or something?

    Are you using the link icon or the image icon?

    If you are uploading from your computer, my guess is that your file size is too large. Once you select the file and upload it, look to the right of the file name and size. If there is a red asterisk it gives the max dimensions of the file. 620 (width) x 240 (height) is the max size/resolution that you can upload. This is often much smaller than what is output from most of the cameras today.

    If you have a program that lets you select pixels as a unit of measure when resizing then that is the easiest way. If your editor uses inches the maximum size would be approx 4.4 inches wide x 3.3 inches high. It has to be below the minimum on both measurements so the orientation of your original will affect overall output size.
