Wiki wiki wah wah
I hate to sound like a negative Neddie, but what's the point of the Wiki? It's a nice idea and all that, but isn't there already a well-established Wiki site which benefits (sometimes) from being open to anybody to edit? Isn't having our own Wiki akin to opening a lemonade stall outside a Tesco and wondering why they get more customers?
I know it will expand given time, but the previous incarnation of the Motorsportwiki was a ghost town relative to it's more famous cousin. I'm concerned it may end up looking like a bit of a sad joke to the casual reader. Genuine question, not trying to put a downer on itUseful F1 Twitter thingy: http://goo.gl/6PO1u

It's just an experiment at the moment. It's not officially launched, hence why I haven't mentioned it so far.
As a standalone forum site we need to do something 'extra' to stay in the game alongside bigger content based sites. Please 'like' our facebook page http://www.facebook.com/motorsportforums

Since we have no WIKI at the moment, maybe you could disable those in-post-wiki-links?
They seem quite annoying seeing as links have nowhere to go...
Those of "questionable knowledge" will be the scientists. You might think that rocket science is hard but: Rocket Scientist: Someone who understands Newton's Laws of motion and basic chemistry....
