The Australian outfit was established in 2004, as owners Roland Dane, Ian Harrison, Peter Butterly and Derek Warwick sought out a greater challenge to accompany their various successes in the highly-competitive British Touring Car Championship

From memory in the BTCC their 1st Season was 1997, with full Triple Eight Car & livery coming at Knockhill. 1st win was in 1998 for John Cleland at Donington Park Feature Race.

In 2011 they have announced that they will be entering James Nash and Tony Gilham but as of yet they have not officially announced what car they will be using.
