Now we sorta know how much it costs to run an F1 car
Well, at least a backmarker car.
Apparently, Giorgio Mondini was never in contention for the HRT seat, and instead bought his 30-odd laps for approximately $210,000.
That's about $6500 per lap.
(Just for fun, I calculated how much it cost to run my Sodi-Rotax at my local 1/4 mile kart track, which takes 23-24 seconds: $110 per hour, or around $.78 per lap.) :

Don't worry, I'm sure HRT made a hefty profit on that figure they recieved

you do realize that the power form the hybrid unit is not constant... It's there only for very short periods. So for a first time out it won't make a big differance
