    Your ideal calendar?

We argue a lot about which tracks should host F1 and bringing back old ones etc. So lets have your ideal F1 calendar, you decide the tracks and number of races!

52 races a year would be my ideal calendar and there are more than enough tracks to race on each week.

Very similar to my thoughts on the subject. Particularly with 16 races, which seems the right amount to me. I think we have too many races at the moment, it diminishes the importance of a GP win. When you do these sorts of threads quite often you end up with a crazy number of races in the calendar.

It'd have to start in Australia, there's something extra special about getting up in the middle of the night to watch the first race of the year! And probably end at Interlagos, which usually throws up a good race.

Other than that, copy the calendar from the mid-90s - it should be at the tracks that get the biggest crowds (the "old" circuits). None of the new generation of tracks does much for me.
