I thought Proton/Lotus bought part of Genii Capital's share. Did Lopez acquire all of Renault at some point?

I believe Lotus bought Renaults share in the team and maybe some of Geniis share with a plan to buy up the rest over the next 3 years to get full ownership.

Now they have got Fauzy as reserve driver. So now they have got two drivers (Petrov, Fauzy) out of three, who are not really that impressive. As written in another thread - as genuine marketing team as you can get.
